Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • We currently ship to Canada, USA and Europe

  • For Canadian orders,  We are offering free delivery for orders above $100.

  • Customs and duties - this will vary according to your country's policy. 

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Times

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days
    (Delivery times may vary depending on location.)

  • International: 7 -27 business days

Returns & Exchanges

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with your gym wear.

  • Our return window is 15 days from delivery ( the date you receive the product).

  • To initiate a return, please contact care@dandeliongymwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your request is reviewed, you’ll receive a Return Initiated email confirming your return request has been opened.

  • A return shipping label will be sent to you — the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving your email.

Preparing Your Return

  • Affix the return label to the original package.

  • Place new and unused items (with tags attached) in the original packaging.

  • Please do not combine multiple orders into one package, and do not separate a single order into multiple boxes — this may cause processing delays of up to 14 business days.

  • Drop off your package at a nearby postal location.

  • Dandelion is not responsible for lost returns. We recommend using a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.

  • Keep your tracking number handy to monitor your return’s progress.
